Job Description:
Serving as an integral part of the sales team, the Sales Development Representatives primary responsibilities will be outbound lead generation activities to target enterprise accounts in the F2000, setting up field appointments with qualified enterprise prospects for regional sales managers, and maintaining information in the Salesforce.com database. The SDR reports to the Director of Inside Sales and works closely with the regional teams in successfully executing the territory account strategy.
Job Qualifications:
BA/BS required. BS in Business, Computer Science or related field preferred
Two plus years of lead generation/telemarketing experience within a high-tech company
Experience qualifying C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts within Fortune 2000 companies
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and phone skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce.com database experience
Experience generating new business for enterprise software and/or security companies
Knowledge of how WLAN (802.11) security systems and protocols work a plus
