Shanghai 1930, established in 1997 in the heart of the Embarcadero Waterfront has been rated full *** and selected as a 'Top 100 Best Restaurant in the Bay Area" by the San Francisco Chronicle again for 2008. We also have a near 1,000 bottle wine program and consistently selected by Wine Spectator Magazine for the "Best of Excellence Award" restaurant program.
We are looking to hire experienced managers with a least 3 years experience with fine dining and wine service. Experience with Chinese/Asian cuisine is not essential but helpful. Attributes we are seeking include honesty, integrity, work ethic, intelligence and emotional stability. We offer industry level pay with excellent bonus program and room to grow with the company as we have several expansion plans in the Bay Area and beyond.
