Kirstie Kelly Couture designs couture bridal and evening gowns which are carried in over 130 stores nationally. With a retail showroom in Brentwood and a business office in downtown LA, we are currently searching for an Administrative Coordinator who can divide their time between both locations. This position is responsible for the administrative duties in each location including, but not limited to, office and kitchen supply orders, office equipment maintenance, training new hires on equipment usage, making travel arrangements for the staff and assisting the Showroom Manager with bridal orders and telephone support.
Excellent administrative, organizational and customer service skills are required along with good presentation. Proficiency with MS Suite and familiarity with common office equipment is also required. Retail or apparel experience is helpful but not required.
