The right person for this position should take great pride in their work, be extremely detail-oriented, honest about their strengths and weaknesses, and be open to constructive criticism. If you strive for excellence in all aspects of your job, then this might be a good fit.
Candidates should also have a good understanding of benefits administration, have above average math skills, be proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel, be able to provide excellent customer service with complete follow-up, and have experience with data entry and keying payroll deductions.
