Position Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize, design and produce design solutions for web, e-mail/online marketing initiatives and banner campaigns on as as-needed basis for the purpose of presenting a consistent and professional online marketing “voice” for our constituents. (Solutions to include newsletters, banners, and special on-off projects).
* Juggle multiple projects and aspects of projects simultaneously to assist in department workflow.
* Keep abreast of new technologies and online technology literature/blogs in an effort to maintain consistency within our industry.
* Communicate with manager and staff to keep projects on time, on budget and as approved.
* Assist in the design and production of fund-raising campaign materials online. Maintain consistency within campaigns.
* Maintain pickup area and library of web material marked for client distribution/review.
Qualifications Required:
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* Two to four years directly related, progressively responsible experience.
* Prior experience designing for the Web; must be expert in photoshop and be experienced in Illustrator, as well as have knowledge of Dreamweaver and experience with hand-coding HTML/CSS.
* Should have understanding of table-less layouts, CSS, Web 2.0 technologies/techniques, cross-platform and cross-browser development.
* Must have strong understanding of Web Accessibility and Standards.
SKILL SETS NEEDED:
-Good provable knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design.
-Creative mind
-Portfolio to show us your background and skills
-Ability to quickly finish work assigned
-Organized method of keeping files & project to do lists
-Desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced graphical environment
-Ability to multi-task and remain on schedule with projects at hand
-A positive & winning attitude with a recognized willingness to learn and help out where needed. Ability to be a team player is a must.
-Previous experience working in a corporate environment in a marketing or related field is a plus
-Previous experience in the food & beverage industry is a PLUS
