For over fourteen years SIA Professional Services has offered quality printing, promotional items, web and graphic services, promotional items and more. SIA is a member of the BBB and has received awards and nominations.
We are looking for account managers who will build and maintain new and existing clients throughout Northern California. Will be responsible for attending business mixer as well as exploring new markets.
Duties:
Attending local business mixers.
Handling new and existing orders.
Gaining new clientele via mailers, phone calls, web promotion, etc.
Managing and building relationships with existing customers.
Creating and presenting new marketing opportunities.
Attending monthly office meetings
Attending local trade shows, exhibitions, etc.
Filling out weekly reports, processing orders, etc.
Requirements:
Must be professional, organized, detail oriented, friendly, and dedicated.
Must be trainable, outgoing, and willing to prove yourself.
Must be articulate, able to deal with a wide variety of customers, and able to work well under pressure. Must be able to meet goals with minimum supervision.
Ideal Candidate:
Will be someone who has some sales, customer services, and money handling experience. Someone who is looking for a long term career.
Benefits:
After probationary period pay will be base salary plus bonus, medical, and dental co-pay. The company pays more of your co-pay the longer you are with SIA. At the end of five years, your medical and dental are 100% paid by SIA. During your probationary period you are expected to generate a minimum amount of 36K before you are offered salary and bonuses. During this period you are paid commission. If you are not profitable for SIA, we cannot afford to have you.
