Candidate Requirements:
•Must be a well organized efficient multi-tasker
•Bachelors degree preferred, but not absolute
•Must work well with others
•A backround in Mortgage - and/or Title - and/or Escrow - and/or Real Estate - and/or superior organization with followup
•Customer Service and phone skills are a huge plus
•Spanish/Bilingual is a plus, but not absolute
•Creative self-starter is a plus
•Will need to adapt to new rules/regulations/procedures based on changing market conditions or service demand
Job Overview:
Primary duty is to help borrowers negotiate a settlement with various lenders. You will stay well organized and perform excellent customer service over the phone. You will be helping homeowners and aid them over the phone in their time of need. You will negotiate and work with lenders to help out borrowers. You will be part of a very talented team at Peoples First Financial. of their available pre-foreclosure options. This is a demanding position and processing negotiators will be expected to manage a high volume of cases.
Compensation Structure:
The position is hourly + commission + bonus incentives
Bonus incentives include - fully catered company paid trips (upon performance) to OWNER SUITES at PETCO PARK (Padres) and QAULCOMM STADIUM (Chargers)!
