Specialty's Cafe and Bakery, a made-from-scratch, 20-year-old establishment, is currently looking for an excellent CLOSING TEAM LEADERS for our San Jose region! We consider candidates with full time availability.

Here are some of the basic responsibilities:
1. Open and/or close store facilities using designated Team Leader Checklists.
2. Ensure staff on scheduled close shifts comply with all policy and procedures.
3. Prepare deposits and reconcile cash drawers and safe for open and/or close shifts.
4. Assist General Managers with enforcement of staff policy, procedure adherence, and performance evaluation.
5. Assist Store Operations in all Outside Catering Sales production and delivery.
6. Assist in implementation and compliance of all Human Resource objectives
7. Assist in implementation of and compliance of all other Administrative functions, including Inventory Control and Purveyor contacts.
Some requirements you have to meet:
1. Be physically able to work an eight (8) hour day or more while on your feet.
2. Safely lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds while wearing a back support belt.
3. Show sharp attention to detail.
4. Have strong customer service and communication skills.
5. Be able to stay organized while multi-tasking.
6. Have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in food services.
We do not require experience but you should be able to work an eight (8) hour day or more while on your feet; show sharp attention to detail; and have strong guest service and communication skills. We offer lots of opportunity for growth. Must be very dedicated, excellent guest service skills and sales driven. A background in food service is preferred but if you are willing to learn, then we are willing to train!
