Position:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist who will help us continue to offer unparalled service and support to our valuable customers. The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:
• Strong computer and web navigation skills.
• Strong work ethic (e.g., organization, time management, follow-up skills)
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude with, and interest in, consumer electronics (e.g., MP3 players, computers/laptops, cell phones, PDA’s).
• Outstanding problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Team player.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Happy disposition and likes to have fun.

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for:
• Explaining our service and how SquareTrade is changing the warranty industry via phone and email.
• Assisting customers with the claim filing process.
• Troubleshooting: Finding and delivering solutions to common problems with consumer electronics; including creative problem solving.
• Data entry and analysis duties to track customer data.
• Providing consumer feedback on our product and processes to improve the customer experience.
Current service hours are 6am to 5pm Monday through Friday with full time shifts within that timeframe. We do not currently offer weekend support, however applicants should be flexible as we’re growing fast and weekend shifts may be added.
Being a small company, this position will give you the chance to contribute in many different areas! We are centrally located in beautiful downtown San Francisco’s financial district next to the Montgomery St. BART station making us a great choice for commuters and city residents alike.
